Improve Signature Creation Screen with Font Toolbar in Notes client.

Currently, when composing an email in Notes client, a toolbar is available in the body section that allows users to select the font type and size. However, when creating or editing an email signature under more-> preferences tab, this toolbar is not available.

Please enhance the signature creation screen so that the same toolbar (for font type, size) is available, similar to the one in the email body editor.
