Support larger dictionary files upto 250 MB for Notes Client

The non-English language dictionaries are supplied through MUI packs and NL installation kits. Additionally, users can edit or customize their personal dictionary by navigating to Notes Client Preferences → Spell Check → Edit User Dictionary, as described in the following document:https://support.hcl-software.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0078049
However, when the user dictionary file size becomes large (for example, 250 MB or more), there is a possibility that the Notes Client may hang or crash. It appears that the Notes Client currently does not support user dictionaries of this size. Therefore, we would like to request enhancement support for handling larger user dictionary files, up to 250 MB, within the Notes Client.
