Have Notes signature encrypted using some mode modern hash such as SHA-2

Customer is using Notes client message sent to internal Notes address.

When message is opened by recipient,  click on Signature/Encryption button down side, in opened window , click on Details -

to see that Bulk key was 128 bit AES and key management key 2048 bit RSA (and at both FIPS 140-2 library used: Yes)

 - which is fine

but Signature is RSA with MD and FIPS 140-2 library used: No

What I would like is to have signature using some mode modern hash such as SHA-2

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/bg/SSKTMJ_9.0.1/admin/conf_configuringaesformailanddocumentencryption_t.html

looks promising but it is settings for S/MIME (not internal notes message).

Customer has tried it in one Notes client and for internal Notes message it had no effect on algorithm used in signature
