Native Option for Color Icons in Open List (Modern Themes)

In HCL Notes v12+ using Modern Themes (HCL Theme), the "Open List" icons are forced to be monochrome (black and white). Currently, the only way to restore global color to these icons is to revert the entire client to "Operating System Theme."

Users migrating from the Basic Client or older versions rely on color memory to quickly locate applications.

Administrators are forced to choose between a modern UI with (black and white) or a dated UI just to get usable icons.

Introduce a specific notes.ini parameter or Client Preference (e.g., "Use Color Icons in Open List") that allows the original color icons to be rendered while still using the Modern Theme (v12/v14).
