HCL Connections Plug-ins for HCL Notes - Save Embedded Image(s) to Connections Files

Dear Team,

Currently, in the HCL Notes Client (with the HCL Connections Plug-in installed), users can save standard email attachments directly to the Connections Files application using the following workflow:

  1. Select the attachment

  2. Right-click

  3. Select "Save to Files..." (or "Save All to Files...")

However, this workflow is not available for embedded/inline images. Right-clicking an embedded image does not display the "Save to Files..." context menu option.

Request: > Please enable the same right-click context menu workflow for embedded images, allowing users to upload them directly to the Connections Files application.

This feature would eliminate the friction of having to save inline images locally before uploading them, which would significantly streamline workflows and benefit our users.
