Unread count from workspace should only show if more than zero

Currently, from the workspace view every database which allows unread counts has a little red bubble, even if it shows as zero (0). It would be far more useful if the red bubble only appeared when there were any unread documents, as then a glance at the workspace would show which apps had changes. This would also be consistent with the UI that users are used to in a world of social networks where notifications show up only when greater than zero.
