Nomad Web: Access restriction for specific Domino servers

Provide a function of access restriction between SafeLinx (Nomad Web) and Domino.

In Nomad Web when accessing Domino server from external + use Notes client in internal.

They want access restriction for some specific Domino servers from external access (Nomad Web), but internal access (Notes client) should be allowed.

They already confirmed "Not access server" field setting of Security tab of Domino server document, and it restricted both accesses, external and internal, so it can't be used.

Although Domino has the setting of "IP restrictions for Web access" of Domino server document (https://help.hcltechsw.com/domino/12.0.0/admin/conf_restrictingaccessbyipaddressonthewebserver_t.html), it can't block the access from SafeLinx, because NRPC port is used for the connection between SafeLinx (Nomad Web server) and Domino.

This can be done already now by defining 2 Nomad server instances and binding each to the appropriate IP interface (internal and external).
