IBM WebPlayer Plugin support of 64bit browsers with Sametime Web Client

Currently the WebPlayer Plugin only support 32bit browsers for use with the Sametime Web Client.  This would only support IE and 32bit Firefox.  Chrome is 64bit only, so it's not currently supported.  Without this support, users would not have Rich Chat features.

    Could it be an idea to find a common platform for IBM Chat, instead of Sametime / Connections Chat / Watson aso ...? Webex / Slack / Skype ....

    We intend to move away from the dependency on browser plug-ins to provide a better user experience.  That approach will cover support across browsers.

    For that reason we will not specifically implement plug-in support for 64-but.   I hope that makes sense.

    We do understand the need to provide all users with the rich experience.
