Sametime Channel Merged

There should be a new way of chat , "Channel", where people can subscribe to company news or project news. 

 

Idea, is that it is one-way communication, for example, product news. Subscribers of the channel can read news, maybe depending on settings do nothing, or Like it, or Comment, but not create main document.
