Make V11 chatrooms administrable

V11 makes the adhoc creation of persistent chatrooms possible.

However it is not possible to administer the chatroom and it's users.

The only way to enter such a chatroom is by invitation.

If i accidently leave the chatroom i have to wait for someone to invite me.

If everyone accidently leaves the chatroom it is abandoned and nobody can rejoin.

I think there has to some administration feature to assign chatroom-access to users or keep rooms from being completely abandoned.

Also people should be able to see which chatrooms are available.

New Function Request: Provide chat room protected with password in future release

In HCL Sametime Premium 12, the meeting room can be protected with password. One of our Customer in Japan wish Sametime could provide chat room which is protected by password in future release.
