Send offline chat notification to email

SameTime 11 has a new feature where one may send a SameTime chat to a user that is offline.  The receiving user is notified of this new chat message on next SameTime login.  To compete with Office 365 and provide a timely notification, please consider sending an offline chat notification to the recipient's email.  When I am mobile I am not always logged in to instant messaging to avoid being "always on;" however, I will still periodically check email.
