Allow guest user to retrieve chat transcript after meeting ends

In the yet to be released Sametime Meeting 11.5, Chat transcript is something that can be continued after the meeting ends and therefore only available for authenticated users. If I am a guest user joining a meeting, I am at least entitled to get the chat transcript up to the point where the meeting ends. But currently there is no way for me to do that.

Therefore when guest user leave the meeting can they be prompted whether or not they would like to download the chat transcript now or have it emailed to them.

The same use case can be made for recording as well, but currently I have to idea on how guest user should access those (emailing recording is impossible and downloading recording require public access).
