Provide a docker image for Sametime Community

Although Domino is supported under docker, Sametime Community is not.

It has no sense to have Sametime Meetings on dockers (the suggested install), while the required Sametime Community is not (and when Domino already is supported).

I understand that may be it can out of scope to deliver also a MongoDb UBI image (required for Sametime) or the the SametimeProxy Image (since it goes on top of TomCat) but there is no excuse to provide at leat and updated Domino image including already Sametime Comunity on it (and instructions on how to built you r own MongoDb / Tomcat image).
