Allow Transferring Files in group chats via HCL Notes Sametime Embedded plugin

Please allow transferring files via HCL Notes Sametime Embedded plugin chat window in group chats. By drag & drop and by choosing the files in the "choose files to upload" window.

This feature was available in Sametime 9.0.1, with Sametime Advanced, sadly in Sametime 11.5 this is not possible.

This would be also awesome if this would be possible in the ST WebClient and the ST Meetings Client.

    starting in version 12, Web and Mobile clients now support file transfer in group chats. Under certain conditions the embedded client should still allow file transfer in group chats. Open a support case if needing to identify why it's not.
