Reduce CPU and network consumption in Meeting with video.

Video meeting with 5 video alone consumes more than 50% of i5 CPU. Network traffic amounts for around 10Mbps even though video is just small thumbnails. Compared with other video meeting solutions, Sametime Meetings apparently consumes too much CPU and network resources.

    We experience exactly the same, very easy to test so not sure why this has status of Needs Clarification.

    40% - 100% CPU usage on a wide range of PCs

    Interestingly though very similar using Zoom via a browser.

    Using Zoom via the Zoom App, CPU usage drops considerably.
