Improved Web Chat Contact List UI

I have clients that would like to resize the contact list in the ST Proxy web UI as it can take up quite a bit of real estate. If they re-size the browser window, only the chat area is resized, the contact list area remains the same size. There's also a good bit of white space between the user name and timestamp in the contact list.

Default to show online users only when expanding Group in ST Proxy Contacts

Currently, if a user expands a Public Group in ST 11.5 Proxy, they get a list of all users in the group, online and offline. In the case of a large group, there may be many users that are offline, and thus not of importance to the user. It's a bad...
