Automatic response when approached by a user

If a user writes to you via chat, an automatic response should come back, that you are currently not available and should please contact a colleague. Example: A user writes to an IT employee directly via sametime. The user should get an autoreply that this IT employee is currently not available and he should contact another colleague.
