Allow in the chat to reedit the last text entry already sent Merged

It often happens that I wrote to fast, created a typo and have sent the message and the typo changed the meaning of the message. But rewrtiting the text is no option as its too long. Thus I would like to reedit the text and sent it again. with an update time stamp

    I fully agree. Using the 'Up' key to reproduce the last entry would be most intuitive I think (like in a Linux shell or Windows command prompt).

    This is a function that used to be included in Skype. Very practical to correct misspellings which are so common in chats
