Sametime meeting v9 can see schedule meeting and can manage and reschedule any time and Zoom and the other already have this feature. Another way many LED Room booking hardware the provide booking integrate with meeting software for complete smart workplace solutions. How can this be done if there is no meeting schedule?
Winai - I understand your request now. However, we are focused on persistent meeting rooms with security features already built-in for the hosts e.g. lock meeting, waiting room (in v12).
Meeting scheduling can limit the time and people in the meeting to make the most of the room. Another reason is the safety of meeting rooms.
@Winai - can you provide details on specific use cases for what you are looking for? Are you looking for calendar integration in Sametime? We already have plans to tightly integrate Sametime in our product portfolio, including Verse calendar.
