Change default video quality in Sametime Meeting

At the moment every meeting starts with a very high video quality. (high definition). I think it´s important make this option adjustable for the administration. So we can change it to lower default setting.

    Hi,

    there´re two points:

    1) the standard setting for video quality is "high". This default setting is not configurable for administrators.

    So every meeting starts with "high quality", what makes many problems with bandwidth.

    2) which values are hidden behind the terms "low" / "standard" / "high" ?
