Volume control to zero.

Sametime App for iOS can not reduce its speaker's volume to zero even though I push volume down button many time. Sometimes I encounter trouble with bluetooth device so that meeting voice is broadcast through iPhone's speaker loudly and inadvertantly. This is not good in public space like in a train.


Sametime App should control its speaker's volume till zero.

      @Kunio - Please see Russ's comments above. If your bluetooth headphones aren't correctly connecting to your phone, could you take that issue internally via email and we can get support engaged to track it and help it resolve.

      This is actually working as designed. Facebook Messenger, Facetime, a normal phone call, etc all behave this way. You can turn the volume down but not all the way off. I believe the guidance here is to use headphones when in a sensitive area.
