I mean that sametime entry license should not limit entitlement to send file in chat because every chat platform does not have this limitation.
Could you provide more info, please? Are you talking about sending multiple files in one action? We don't limit the number of files you can send. Please provide more details. Is this about the file size limit? Admin can already configure file size limit through policy on the server.
