Lower the TCO of Sametime for very small companies

This is just from the hardware side. The recommended specification for running Sametime Chat and Meeting in a single box is currently 8 CPU core and 32 GB of RAM. If you have a very small company (< 30 users) the cost of renting a VPS of that size might not make sense. Therefore there is a need for either running Sametime in a smaller sized hardware or an affordable public Sametime hosting.

For example, as a business partner we are expected to use Sametime so that customer can see the product when we do meetings with them. However with only 15 employee and our regular usage of only one meeting per week renting the above sized VPS is not possible so we would like to have a solution in order to be able to use Sametime with a more affordable hardware cost.
