Add "allow guests" option for meetings created from a Notes meeting invite

extending idea STC-I-225 where the guest control was added "before" the meeting starts - allow administrators or users to by default allow guests into their meetings (not the global "allow guests" setting). Our users have forgotten to "allow guests" after creating a meeting and sending an invite (especially prevalent when using Notes calendar as "guests" aren't an option when creating the invite) and this looks bad to the guest as there is no way to join the meeting until the user goes and edits settings.

The change needed is in the mail template to change the default meeting settings and consider adding meeting options on creation. Moving this idea to Notes for review. Thanks for the feedback!

For reference I am on ST Premium 12.0.1FP1, Notes 12.0.2FP1 x64, and Domino 12.0.2

This scenario still happens when using the "Online Meeting" feature ("A HCL Sametime Meeting will be scheduled") of the Notes calendar as "guests" aren't an option when creating the invite in Notes - the user has to go to the meeting website after sending the invite and edit the setting to allow guests. Streamlining this process into the Notes calendar, or setting those meeting types to default to "Allow guests", would make the creation of invites in Notes calendar much simpler and more appealing.

When creating an instant, collaboration, confidential or lecture meeting the default is set to "Allow guests". If a meeting is created and the owner disabled allow guests, it will remain in this state till the owner changes back to enabled (or restores the meeting settings).

Can you please clarify if there is a scenario where guests are not allowed by default when creating a meeting? Also, what server version are you seeing this behavior. In recent versions this setting has been improved. Thanks!
