Currently, under a collab meeting the moderator can mute and turn video off for all users at once.... the users can unmute themselves, but for a webinar format lecture meeting mode is best. When a participate wishes to ask a question (speak), the panelist can set them as speaker. I want to clarify that the request here is to provide a feature in a lecture meeting to open up all microphones and video (converting the meeting to collaboration mode while keeping the same meeting active). is this correct?
