Create Protocol for iOS to start a chat / call / etc

It would be great to be able to start chat or calls from other mobile apps. 

Example: STCHAT:// to start a chat and STCALL:// for starting a call, using an email address.

This would also be beneficial for Domino Mobile Apps.

If this is in sync with a desktop protocol handler (different idea) then a single DMA app could use this both in Desktop and Mobile.
