When the users connect from other networks other than the corporate network, they have issues with Sametime audio \ & video

Users can access the Sametime server via HTTPS and can "join" meetings. We see them, but there is no microphone or webcam. These users are within their network and, in theory, should use the coturn, which requires media traffic to pass through TCP port 443. However, these users' firewalls block non-HTTPS traffic on this port (and UDP on other ports). We have no control over other companies' policies. For example, another company might allow outgoing TCP 443 connections, but in the case of Sametime, stream analysis breaks the connection because the content is not HTTP.
