Proper warning not displayed if meeting is not configured correctly

When a Sametime environment is not configured correctly. Especially the integration between Meeting and Chat. When using Sametime App, click "Meeting", it "hangs" and then display "HCL Sametime stop working"
In this case, it should not hang and display "Your Sametime environment is not configured correctly"

    Sametime APP did not display "Failed to connect with Sametime Meeting Server" but "hangs" and then display "HCL Sametime stop working" when the firewall is not opened for the port for meeting server, this is a serious bug of sametime APP error handling.
