I am a sporadic participant in several recurring meetings. These are not my meetings, so they are not listed in the "My Meetings" list. I may not have joined for a while, so they might also not be listed in the "Recent" list. Or my "Recent" list is so long that I don't easily find them there.
So I need to ask around for the meeting name or search in email or chat messages that might contain the meeting name.
I think it would be helpful if the input field that appears after clicking Get Started > Join an existing meeting would not just be a plain text field, but would offer a dropdown list of my last meetings as well.
The content of the dropdown list would differ from the content of the list in the recent tab as follows:
It would only contain meetings, not one to one calls
It would only display the meeting name, not any other information about the meeting
It would only list each meeting name once, even if I have joined the meeting multiple times in the past
I would prefer if the list would be sorted by last meeting participation date (descending) as opposed to alphabetically. But that could probably be best decided by playing around with it once a prototype is available.
