Please consider to add separate detail audit log for file transfer in chat.

File transfer in chat can be used for standard HCL Sametime 12.0.3 Windows chat server, in order to prevent and audit confidential file being shared via file transfer, customer strongly requested to add separate audit log for file transfer with the following detail information

  1. Detail IP addresses for both clients of file transfer

  2. The user name of sender and the user name of receiver

  3. The file name

  4. Is the file transfer is accepted or refused?

  5. Is the file downloaded or not?
