Extend Sametime Chat History Dialogue to search and retrieve mongodb persistent chat history

Currently HCL Sametime 11.6 can only show chat history for a specific user if that user enables chat history in the Sametime settings. Can this tool be extended to have an admin level capability to search and retrieve persistent chat from mongodb? There are already 3rd party tools like "MongoDB Compass" to extract the persistent chat data, but a dedicated chat history is helpful so any admin can search and find chat history stored in mongodb without having the need to review how mongodb scripts work
