Rename Of User To New Organization To Be Able To Be Completed Directly In Traveler Device Merged

Due to company merge/reorganization the Traveler users ( That only access their mail via Traveler Device) needs to be renamed to the new organization. As these users only use Traveler Device the rename process gets stuck and does not progress.

Customer is requesting  an enhancement request related to the rename of  Traveler only Users.  Customer would like to see implemented the possibility of renaming these type of users from start to finish by only accessing the Traveler devices instead of the currently method that requires  for the rename of traveler only users to progress, either to authenticate with their Notes Client into the Domino server, or use their iNotes to perform a secure operation (encrypt decrypt messages in their mail)

In order for the rename of the Traveler users to progress it is needed one of these 2 options:
The user must either authenticate with the home mail server using a Notes client,
or
If the user is an iNotes user only, they must encrypt or decrypt a message in their mail file.  Note:  In order to encrypt or decrypt messages, the user's Notes ID must be stored in their mail file (e.g., iNotes Preferences -> Security -> Import Notes ID).
At this point the remaining AdminP requests will be generated and completed and the ID file as well as the user should be renamed once all the requests complete according to their timing.
