HCL Verse for IOS ==> OUT OF OFFICE - CEST (GMT+2) Italian expects an answer of the time in local format

URL provided https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/italy/rome which shows that Rome is currently in the CET timezone which is GMT+1. The same site also shows that in October, Rome was in CEST (GMT+2). For the last recreate, the resulting out of office message set by Verse iOS/Traveler was as follows:

Verse iOS passed in these time related values:

devPandtz = "Europe/Rome";

devPoooEndTime = "2021-10-30T00:45:00.000Z";

devPoooStartTime = "2021-10-20T08:24:00.000Z";

Times are in GMT and timezone identified as Rome

Traveler formatted the message based on the user's timezone at the time this was sent which was CEST (GMT+2). Resulting OOO message was as follows:

Non sarò in ufficio dal 20/10/21 10.24 GMT+02:00 al 30/10/21 2.45 GMT+02:00

    if it is so complicated to manage for HCL the dates in local format... do as in client notes.

    In the client notes to answer in OOO with the times is optional and not mandatory.
