Allow users to choose specific directory where Volt application will be saved at the back end.

The current and default behavior shows that whenever a user creates a Volt Application it creates an NSF file under <domino data>\volt folder. This is to request a means to set another directory other than <domino data>\volt folder to prevent other users who have access to the Domino environment to view the database title information.
