UI of "Opend" and "Closed" in "Define Role" shall be redsgined.

See attached "Define Role" panel. You must select either of them. Probably no one can understand what "Opend" and "Closed" mean until reading documentation. Your design work stops.

After reading the documentation I noticed;

  • "Open" and "Closed" is not good wording to understand easily, and are not representing nature of functions. Opened to what??? Closed from what???

  • UI (radio button) implementation is not good.

My alternative is to replacing with a checkbox named "allow dynamic definition (in form processing)". Because static definition is common function in role and always available in both Opened and Closed. Then just adding the checkbox is enough (minimum) and intuitive. This won't puzzle you unlike selecting Opened and Closed. Just enter role name at least. That's it!
