Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Integration with ECM systems

There is a free of charge asset (called "Content Navigator integration with Microsoft Office") to integrate MS-Office / Outlook with IBM's ECM portfolio (FileNet,...). IBM Germany developed something similar for Notes (the "ECM Sidebar for Notes"), however, this asset has to be paid on a per user basis.
If we want our user base to move to Browser-based E-Mail clients (such as Verse) we have to be able to integrate with back end systems and ECM is certainly one of the more important things to look into. What I would like to see is something like

The video shows the integration into MS-Office, however, its exactly the same for Outlook and should be "exactly the same" for Verse
