Cache if the user has expanded or collapsed folders

Verse - Currently, if you are in your folders and have expanded them so you can drag and drop emails etc. when you leave the folders and go back to Inbox for example and then go back to folders that folders are collapsed again and you have to open them again.  For dragging and dropping emails this is problematic.

Ability to save page layout for new sessions

Users who want e.g. the folders view to be always open or reduce the top menu have to do this after every login. At least when Verse runs as a standalone app, these settings should be kept.
