Showing mail address as in Notes Client

When we type mail address in Verse on Premises, only the Internet email address is showing. So if we have say two employees in an organization with name John Kurian, we won't be able to identify it.

 

But in desktop client it will show say John Kurian/Marketing/.... and John Kurian/Editorial/....

 

Some other option like showing their department along with email address is also a good idea
