Allow company controller colour coding of emails

We set header fields to assist users determine the source of emails. Internal user, internal device / script, external from a known source, DMARC failed, DMARC validated etc.

Modifying the mail template for Notes is easy but with more and more users using web interfaces it would be nice to make similar changes to assist them there as well.

This is also applicable to the Android and iPhone (plus iPad) apps.

    I can see this implemented by having “key=value” values instead of just email addresses in the preferences box. Then any email field could be used to adjust color across all client types.
