25/55 min default duration

In a team survey on challenges of working from home, 62% said "Not enough time to pee between meetings!". This is caused by back-to-back meetings with no easy way to add breaks into the meeting cycle without turning down yet another vital meeting.

I would like to see an option to have 25/55 minute meetings as a default to break up the endless cycle of being on the phone all day, easing our meeting strugles just a little.

This would be implimentable where meetings end 5min before teh hour or half hour and to start it would be an option in the settings to enable and let users decide if 30/60 or 25/55 is best for them.
