Autorefresh email is not working for delegated databases in Verse (VOP)

Autorefresh is not working on delegated databases (other user databases and mail-in databases) in Verse (VOP) however it is working with iNotes. Verse has always had this interval for auto refresh of the message list. Users can click refresh manually to refresh the message list (Mail Polling). Verse development team has created below Jira request to investigate further on this.

    It seems that VOP performs autorefresh about every 5 minutes. During my tests I have seen 5 minutes and 20-25 seconds. End users complain whenever they do not see the email from colleague sitting nearby for more than a minute. So 5 minutes poll that is not changeable is not a good choice.
