there must be this type or some alike option to work with multiple address books and many users with the same surmanes and names also

Our organization is also missing this functionality. Its not possible to work with Verse if your orginazation works with multiple address books and there are "many" users with the same lastname in those address books. There is no details option now, our users are not able to select the correct user. Our users want to be able to select the correct address book and select user from there.
Yes !!!! Our organization is screeming for this functionality.
Additional opinion. Those features must be "as product", not as extension. I know there are some extensions to customize address picker dialog box, however it is not supported as product. The point is "Supported as product." even though customer can customize further without "supported". iNotes DJX equivalent functions must be implemented in Verse.
