Allow administrator to enable Mail delivery options like "High Priority", "Sign" etc. by default in HCL Verse

Currently if the user wants to send the high priority mail or signed mail, he/she needs to click on Options button beside To and CC fields and then Options for High Priority, Sign etc. are shown. But there is no default way to permanently enable this Options bar, so that users don't need to click on the Options button every time. Usesrs may also miss this feature if it is not shown by default.

So there is a feature request to provide an option to administrator so that these Mail Delivery Options Bar can be enabled by default.

This Enhancement Request is submitted to HCL Verse 2.1.0 and 2.2.0 version.

No, they do not want to send all mails with high priority. They just want to display the Options like "High Priority", "Sign", "Encrypt" etc. by default without user need to click on "Options" button. This is because some users may miss these options if they do not try what happens after clicking on "Options" button.

I'm trying to understand what the benefit would be to send all mails with high priority?

Is the idea to increase delivery performance? Or do you expect the recipient to notice a flag on all your mails?
