We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. Hi, yes this is a feature used with inotes. We can edit emails to correct the subject or add information for example where the attachments are saved before be deleted
Hi Timothy,
Now I saw that deleting the attachment was added on the first versions of Verse was not possible.
However, on iNotes you can edit a received email.
It happens that users edit emails to add notes or something else to remember. Maybe they change the subject for with other annotations.
The ability to remove attachments now exists.
While i understand the request, I don't understand the business justification for this ability. If you can explain this fully it would help us be able to justify the requirement.
There are many examples. This option exist in iNotes and notes...
for example to change the subject or add text
for example to delete the files and keep only the text
Can you please describe a business scenario that requires to modify a mail that was received?
