Display Alternate names in Verse by default for new mails without need to refresh the web page

Currently when the user has set the Preferences in Verse to display the Alternate names instead of Primary names then for the new mails, the Primary names are still displayed until the user refreshes the page. When the page is refreshed by user, then Alternate names are displayed in Inbox for new mails. So there is a feature request to display the Alternate names by default without the user need to refresh the web page.

This Enhancement Request is submitted for HCL Verse 3.2.5
