Allow Adjustable Folder Pane Width in HCL Verse

Description:
Currently, the left column (treeview/folder view) in HCL Verse has a fixed width and cannot be adjusted by the user. Users with longer folder names are unable to view the full title of the folder, which impacts usability and navigation efficiency.

Requested Enhancement:
Introduce an option to adjust or resize the left folder pane width within the Verse interface, allowing users to expand or shrink it based on their preference or screen size.
