Verse Improvement - VOP_GK_FEATURE_217

When VOP_GK_FEATURE_217 is enabled, the server starts asking for confirmation when downloading files or clicking links.

As an administrator, I want to be able to configure lists for which this check is not performed:
1 - File extension list.
2 - Trusted sender addresses.
3 - URL list or Domain list

This means that it's enabled and works globally, but there are exceptions for which this setting won't work.

This flexible configuration will reduce the negative user experience of unnecessary clicks. Ideally, all of this could be configured in policies or configuration documents.
