Add feature to change owner of meetings to new email address

Currently, when a user's email ID is changed in the LDAP server, all existing meetings disappear in the MY Meetings section. The ask here is that the meeting history should be displayed to the user with the new email address

Unused meeting rooms must be manually removed. There should be a way to automate the clean up of outdated / unused meeting rooms. It could be deleted/disabled after X number of days and/or as part of the process when deleting user from Domino LDAP...

Currently when the customer is switching to a new email address format in ldap server, those users whose email address has changed, their meeting history disappear in the Meetings--> MY Meetings section as shown in the screenshot. Request here ...
