    Allow installation of the AV Server components in newer Linux versions

    Add a link to chat in the meeting homepage

    In Sametime 11.6 and in 12. when you are in the chat interface you find a easy way to go to meetings. But if you enter the meeting homepage there is no way (no link) to go to the chat interface.
