    We have to use IQ-Suite in order to send server-based encrypted mail to third party smtp servers. It would be great to have that out-of-the-box in Domino.

    automatic Rename in contactlist (buddy list and persistent chat)

    changing user name should be automatic in Sametime, now admin should create file (CSV) ,upload it and run the command. so many support calls on this! this can and should be automated. it is 21 century, such things should be out of the box.

    Enable link to replay for absent users.

    Currently absent users can not see replay link in their chat. That is strange! What is it for??? I know it is for security reason but placing "Share" button for attendees is preferable.
